Ashley McCarthy is a self-taught chocolatier whose career has spanned many years. He is a main staple on Channel 4’s ‘Extreme Chocolate Makers’, where you can see him creating his amazing chocolate pieces and now you can get your own!

He is a winner of the Taste of Yorkshire Award for his ‘Gin infused Chocolates’ and his previous commissions have included: The Lord Mayor of York, Legal & General, St Leonard’s Hospice, Harrison Spinks, Harrogate Flower Show and Martin House Hospice.

All commissions that Ashley McCarthy creates are bespoke and totally unique to your brief and requirements. Commissions can vary from wedding favours to a four foot chocolate centre piece sculpture (or bigger!).
